By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only: penetration testing, certification and partner services are provided under separate written terms agreed for each engagement, and those terms take precedence for that work.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read and share links to our content, and download the sample report for your own evaluation. You must not use the site in any way that breaks the law, that could damage or overload it, or that interferes with anyone else’s use of it. Testing the security of this site, including scanning, probing or attempting to gain unauthorised access, is not permitted without our written agreement. If you believe you have found a security issue, please tell us using the contact details in our security.txt file at /.well-known/security.txt.
Our content is general information, not advice
The guides, FAQs and other content on the site are general information about cyber security, certification and regulation in the UK. They are written carefully and dated, and we cite our sources, but they are not advice for your situation and they may be out of date by the time you read them. Regulatory requirements, scheme rules and prices change. Before you act on anything here, check the primary source we link to, or ask us. Nothing on the site creates a contract or a professional relationship between us.
Accreditations and claims
Every accreditation and certification we claim on the site links to the public register or agreement that evidences it. Certificates expire and are renewed, so the register is the authoritative record at any given time. If you find a claim you cannot verify, tell us and we will correct it.
Intellectual property
The content of the site, including text, the sample report, the Incursion Cyber Security name and emblem, and the design, is owned by Incursion Cyber Security Ltd or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link, and you may download the sample report to evaluate our work. You may not republish, sell or pass off our content as your own, and you may not use the sample report as a template for your own reports. Logos of the certification bodies, schemes and frameworks shown on the site belong to their owners and are used under their rules.
Third-party content and links
The site links to and embeds content from other organisations, including the Blockmark certificate registry, YouTube and the registers and regulators we cite. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is not an endorsement.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
